• Authored MOA between institutions and affiliated nonprofits to ensure open, transparent, and collaborative work that can stand the test of the audit
• Streamlined federal grant sub-award application process for a state agency to ensure effectiveness and ease of compliance in deploying funds
• Led strategic operations to respond to requirements for statewide action plan and corresponding evaluation report
